Yes. The identity of the voter is not revealed to the person they vote for. However, administrators can view who voted for whom and read any accompanying comments.
Yes. Voters must select a core value that the Sentestar has demonstrated, and are encouraged to explain their choice through written comments. These comments are visible to administrators.
Winners and high-performing individuals are displayed on a dashboard that updates daily. Organisations subscribed to the Governance module can access this data directly.
Sentestar can be used continuously, with voting available at any time. Organisations may choose to present awards monthly, quarterly, or annually.
Yes. Any user with access to Sentestar can vote for any other user within the system.
- Sentesurvey includes 16 fixed, standardised benchmarking questions (similar to the Gallup Q12), plus a 17th NPS-style question. Responses are scored from 1 to 10.
- Sentepulse is a fully customisable survey, allowing organisations to create their own questions. There is currently no limit to the number of questions, and responses are also scored from 1 to 10.
Survey results and participation rates are presented on dashboards that update daily. These are accessible to Governance module subscribers.
Surveys can be launched at any time. However, it is recommended to run no more than one Sentepulse per month and one Sentesurvey per quarter.
Sentemeter consists of a single question: “How do you feel about me today?” Participants choose from 10 emoji-based responses.
Participants swipe to select an emoji for each colleague presented to them by the system’s algorithm.
Yes. Feedback is fully anonymous and aggregated into indexes for each of the five Sentevalues: Appreciation, Trust, Empathy, Teambuilding, and Motivation.
Each emoji corresponds to a positive or negative expression of a Sentevalue. These Sentevalues map directly to five pillars of Emotional Intelligence (EQ):

Not at all. On average, participants provide feedback to 28 colleagues in less than three minutes per session.
No. Implementation is simple. Provide a list of participants including names, emails, managers, departments, and site (if applicable). Once users log in and upload a profile picture, they’re ready to participate. This also activates access to Sentestar and Sentesurveys if enabled.
